DJ Instructor

Pay: $24/hr

Hours: 3-8 hours per week

Job Summary:
Do you have a passion for DJing and want to help others succeed? Wing Productions is hiring an experienced team member to take on the role of DJ Instructor. This position is perfect for someone who loves music, has strong mixing skills, and enjoys mentoring new talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train new DJs in beat matching, mixing techniques, and fundamental DJ skills.

• Teach the basics of public speaking, crowd engagement, and wedding timelines.

• Meet with beginner DJs to provide structured training sessions.

• Accompany new DJs on their first few gigs to provide real-time feedback and guidance.

• Help ensure all DJs meet Wing Productions’ high standards for professionalism and performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Must be an active DJ with Wing Productions and confident in beat matching.

• Willingness to Learn: Open to expanding your skills with advanced mixing techniques.

• Strong Communication: Able to teach and explain DJ concepts clearly.

• Organization: Capable of planning and leading training sessions effectively.

• Leadership: A mentor who can provide constructive feedback and encouragement.
